COVID-19

For all our pre-orders, due to delays in our stock coming from our factory, please be patient with us during this time. We will endeavour to update you via email as frequently as possible with the status of your order via email if we foresee delays. Kindly note, we cannot provide refunds for the orders that are delayed as we are a small business and produce orders when they are placed with us. We can instead provide you with credit note with no expiry date and will extend a special offer if your order exceeds a 4-week delay. Narissara ships goods Australia/NZ wide with Aus Post and internationally using DHL Express.

 We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all orders over $100.  Orders within Australian under $100 will be subject to a $15 shipping fee.  International orders under $100 will be subject to a $30 shipping fee.

 

Free Express deliveries to Australia are made by Australia Post and can arrive within business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays. 

 

RETURNS POLICY 

You may return any full-priced items for a refund or exchange via info@narissara.com.au within 30 days (COVID-19) of purchase.

The below conditions must be adhered to;

- The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and not laundered 

- The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment. 

- Narissara reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, at any time.

 

You may return any sale items for an exchange or credit note only via our website within 30 days (COVID-19) of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging to receive an exchange or credit note only. 

 

For all returns, customers must pay the cost of postage/freight in all circumstances. Any customers who return faulty items will have their returns shipping cost refunded. 

 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Narissara cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of AUSTRALIA POST/ DHL or any further disputes must be settled with them. 

 

 

PACKAGING 

Narissara works with INKE in order to assure manufacturing processes of packaging are of the highest environmentally conscious and sustainable nature. The digital printing process uses UV inks which come in a liquid form and turns solid once exposed to UV light (A bit like your printer at home or office!)"
